Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economics, Mathematic and Engineering,

• Having experience in investment banking, well-known financial advisory company , private equity, financial reporting & related fields,

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related areas,

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (Second foreign language is a plus),

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications

• Following and adopting the market trends, new Technologies and innovation.

• Flexible and open to new perspectives,

• A great team player who is high-level communication skills, hardworking and also with a self initiative mindset,

Job Description

• Participate in M&A activities, company valuation, and project finance deals,

• Analyze financial statements for corporate finance opportunities,

• making sectoral benchmarks,

• Creating investment models for Project Finance,

• Creating presentations for investment projects, valuation reports and financial due dilligence,

• Creating business model, cash-flow projection and client plans to achieve revenue growth from corporate finance deals,

• Follow the latest sectoral developments in local and global scale,

• Prepare market analysis and reports.
