The Opportunity

We're looking for ambitious professionals to join our Corporate Advisory Team.

You'll work directly on valuations, M&A transactions, and project finance models — building real deliverables for real clients, with senior advisors guiding your growth every step of the way. If you're curious, driven, and want to grow faster than the industry standard, Besfin is built for you.

What You'll Do

• Analyze financial statements and develop cash-flow projections to uncover corporate finance opportunities.

• Conduct industry benchmarking and sector research across local and global markets.

• Build financial and valuation models that drive M&A, project finance, and investment decisions.

• Prepare client-facing presentations, valuation reports, and due diligence documents.

• Support live M&A processes — from company valuation to deal structuring 

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, private equity, or financial analysis.

• Strong command of English — a second foreign language is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable with financial modeling.

• Curious about AI and emerging technologies, and open to experimenting with them.

• A collaborative team player with strong communication and analytical skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn by doing.
